Service DOGS only are admitted, pursuant to Federal ADA guidelines. Pets and Emotional Support animals are NOT allowed.
Smoking or vaping in designated smoking area outside in Biergarden only, no recreational drug use is allowed.
Security measures, including bag checks, will be in effect.
o If any prohibited items are revealed during search, the patron will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or may dispose of the item(s).
o Prohibited items include:
Weapons
Laser pens
Fireworks
Personal travel items, such as: Skateboards, bikes, scooters, hover boards, roller blades, roller skates, etc.
ALL food or drink will NOT be permitted through the gate.
NO tablecloths will be permitted in the Beer Hall
Each ticket issued is a revocable license and is only valid for the specific event, and venue listed.
Individuals 3 years of age or older must have a ticket for admission (Sundays only), Fri and Sat. are 21 and over.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and hazards related to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. This includes the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury up to and including death.
The Phoenix Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and is not obligated to reproduce in any capacity.
The Phoenix Club may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all security measures. This includes misconduct towards employees, volunteers, or other patrons. The Phoenix Club reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises without refund.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk associated with the purchase of this ticket from The Phoenix Club or its designated agents. The ticket holder releases The Phoenix Club, it's directors and Board members, employees and members from liability in the case of loss or injury up to and including death. This includes infectious disease transmission. Tickets acquired from secondary market entities may have been lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void.
The Phoenix Club and each of its respective agents shall have the unrestricted right and license to use event attendees' image, likeness, name, voice, comments, or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying ticket holder in any broadcast, telecast, or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes, without compensation.
Refunds will be issued for the amount of the actual Ticket Price ONLY less a $2.00 fee, only if this event is closed by any government entity due to COVID restrictions or any other reason mandated by a government authority. Otherwise, there are NO REFUNDS!
