Yes! We are doing a bigger Oktoberfest at our location in Brea. This is a 21 and Over night, sorry NO exceptions. Orange County's longest running and most authentic Oktoberfest since 1960 - Join us at our expanded outdoor/indoor event. We will celebrate our second year at this location with Music by our Oktoberfest favorites, Hammerstein 9/27, 9/28, 10/4 and 10/5. Da Stubebuben on 10/11, Hazelnuss on 10/12, and Bavarian Beer Garden Band on 10/18 and 10/19.
Saturdays are 21 and over ONLY.

Beer drinking and stein holding contests. Performances Sat. and Sun. by the Die Gemütlichen Schuhplatter, and Sundays the Youth Dance Group.

We encourage guests to don your Oktoberfest attire. Personal steins are allowed however they must be brought in empty and carrier out empty. The Phoenix Club assumes no responsibility for personal items.

Absolutely NO ticket sales at the door. You must purchase online. Because this is a smaller event, there is no seat saving, no tablecloths will be permitted, Cup stacking outside only.

CASH only except for inside Hall bar and food kiosk. There is no ATM available.

To guarantee parking on site, you MUST have a parking voucher, only ONE voucher is available per purchase until sold out. Parking vouchers are ONLY available with a ticket purchase. These vouchers are limited, if you do not have a voucher for parking, we cannot permit parking onsite per City restrictions. You will be turned away at the driveway. There is no street parking, please ride share.

Our Bierstube restaurant will only be open on Thursdays and Fridays for the duration of Oktoberfest, 9/25/2025 thru through 10/19/2025.

ONLY SERVICE DOG AS DEFINED BY THE ADA law are admitted, pursuant to Federal ADA guidelines. Pets and Emotional Support animals are NOT allowed so please do not bring them as they will not be admitted.
Smoking or vaping in designated smoking area outside in the parking area only, no recreational drug use is allowed.
Security measures, including bag checks, will be in effect.
o If any prohibited items are revealed during search, the patron will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or may dispose of the item(s).
o Prohibited items include:
Weapons
Laser pens
Fireworks
Personal travel items, such as: Skateboards, bikes, scooters, hover boards, roller blades, roller skates, etc.
ALL food or drink will NOT be permitted through the gate, this includes water bottles. Empty steins are permitted and will be checked.
NO tablecloths will be permitted.
Each ticket issued is a revocable license and is only valid for the specific event, and venue listed.
Children must have a ticket for admission (Sundays only), Sat. is 21 and over.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and hazards related to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. This includes the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury up to and including death.
The Phoenix Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and is not obligated to reproduce in any capacity.
The Phoenix Club may revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all security measures. This includes misconduct towards employees, volunteers, or other patrons. The Phoenix Club reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises without refund.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk associated with the purchase of this ticket from The Phoenix Club or its designated agents. The ticket holder releases The Phoenix Club, it's directors and Board members, employees and members from liability in the case of loss or injury up to and including death. This includes infectious disease transmission. Tickets acquired from secondary market entities may have been lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void.
The Phoenix Club and each of its respective agents shall have the unrestricted right and license to use event attendees' image, likeness, name, voice, comments, or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying ticket holder in any broadcast, telecast, or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes, without compensation.

Refunds will be issued for the amount of the actual Ticket Price ONLY less a $2.00 fee, only if this event is closed by any government entity due to a wide quarantine restriction by government or any other reason mandated by a government authority. Otherwise, there are NO REFUNDS!
